An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I offer unique combinations of holistic body, mind, spirit, energy and emotions techniques to your health and wellness journey. 

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

To do this, I look at the connections between various areas of your life and how they intertwine, support and impact one another.

The work I do helps my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs. I understand that life happens and your needs will change.

Our time together will equip you with greater self-awareness. As a result, you can make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. You don’t need the latest magazine article or fad diet advice. Everyone is capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert once they have conscious awareness of self and language around this.
Let’s define what you value most in your well-being. We’ll use this vision to create specific goals that motivate you to reach them. As your coach, I will not dictate your course of action.
We will work together to help you to become more aware of what led you to this point in your life and health journey. We’ll also explore why you are battling to get better.
I will equip you with tools to live with more ease and flow. These tools will prevent you from wasting valuable energy.

Finally, I will help you to identify when to use your tools in place. As you increase your self-connection, this will become second-nature to you.
